Speed work, Abs, and Tumeric

Speed work:
400m jog warm up
2x suicides
20 burpees
lunge to speed bump (about 100ft)
broad jump back (land in squat)
2x suicides
20 burpees
bounds (1-legged broad jumps) to speed bump and back
3x 75meter sprint (walk back)
400m cool down lap

Abs:
6 min OTM:
even- 45s max effort butterfly situps
odd-1 min plank hold

So I have been on a tumeric powder kick lately because of all of the health benefits it offers.

Anyways, pictured here are a few of my meals for today. The one I want to highlight is the chicken and cauliflower which was sauteed in tumeric powder. It was super easy to make, and a great way to add tumeric into my meals.
