WOD from CrossFit Great Bridge

12 min ladder up of
Box Jumps-20″ (5,10,15,20,25,30) etc.
with 5 front squats @95lbs between sets Score: 40 +11 box jumps

then 5×10 GHD situps with 20lb DB

Bi’s&Tri’s 🙂
3x through
bicep curls x8
tricep ext x12
diamond pushups x10
hammer curls x8
bench dips x15
