5 RDS with 2 min rest between

5 Deadlifts @210lb

400m run

 

Then me and Kelsea hit the bleachers at the local High School 🙂

2x Through

10 bleacher sprints

4 Lateral bleacher climb (2 on each leg)

100m walking lunge
