2 Exams out of the way and Graduation on Saturday! I have a lot to look forward to this week 🙂 Even though it was a busy/stressful day, I was able to get a workout in with my friend Casey between my final exams. Here is what we did:
Format: 30s on/30s off
Max effort/reps for 30s
First 8 min:
Second 8 min:
weights should be light enough to hold onto the bar/kb for the entire 30s work.
After that, we did some tabata abs/squats and some treadmill glute work 🙂
Once my day was done, It was time to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a healthy chicken fajita bowl!!!
Chicken, onions, and orange/yellow peppers sauteed & tossed into a bowl of lettuce shreds and topped with home-made guacamole!
