5 Overhead Squat”

Afternoon Session @ Mt. Trashmore

Warm up: 

Lap around perimeter

2×10  squat, lunge w/ twist

 

Workout:

  • 2x Hill Sprint (sprint up, jog down)
  • 1x Hill Lunge
  • 2x Hill sprint
  • 1x Backwards Hill sprint
  • 2x Lateral Shuffle uphill (Alt. Sides)
  • 1x Reverse Hill Lunge
  • 1x Backward hill sprint
  • Hill Hike/Walk for cool down
