Late to post this…but yesterday’s workout was all about the booty region.

Part A:
50 lunges
50 donkey kicks
40 lunges
40 donkey kicks
30 lunges
30 donkey kicks
20 lunges
20 donkey kicks
10 lunges
10 donkey kicks

Part B:
3 rounds of
10 laps in the pool
10 pool ladder climbs (alt legs)
