My weakness, which has been for a while….is pull-ups.
And since doing them will have little impact on my bulging disc, I have no excuse not to do them…..
Besides, strength doesn’t come from the things you are already good at, it comes from doing the things that are most difficult.
With that said, today’s workout was:
Strength 5×5 Pull-ups (dead hang)
Followed by a quick metcon 😉
5 rounds for time of:
10 chest to floor push-ups
10 air squats
