Soo….I can’t lift???

After an aggravating 2  months of scaling workouts and taking pain reliever 3x/day, I finally got an MRI. When the results came back they showed a mild disc protrusion (bulging disc). Naturally,  my first question was..So what does that mean for my training ?

A:  NO MORE LIFTING 😥 at least for now. The bright side, It should heal itself within a matter of months and no surgery.

Sooo, now my plan is to do whatever it takes to keep my strength/conditioning up while allowing that disc to heal.
